I think I speak for all of us when I say THANK YOU.  From our first meeting at the yard sale, you were a charming and pleasant person to work with, and I think we all noticed you were quite a bit different than the other Realtors who came by. (Not pushy!)  You were the only realtor who was dedicated to the village, lived in the village, wanted to stage to house, and believed we could get more than Zillow’s assessment.  You had the vision with the paint and pulling the carpet. You said a week to ten days, and ….you bracketed it perfectly, and it was about $40-50k more than I thought we would get!  The Elliots seem like the perfect fit for our old homestead, and I feel happy letting it go. It’s in good hands now.
