Sam Medina has done a fantastic job for me for 2 1/2 years now! I first hired him to find tenants for our rental home and manage that property. He helped determine a fair rent, found tenants, screened them well and once we filled the vacancy, he collected the rent and managed most everything to do with the house and the tenants. Recently, our lives changed and we’ve decided to sell the house. He advised us on things that should be fixed/upgraded, and we had him list the house for sale. He found us a Buyer and we should be Closing that transaction just a few days from now. Sam is a great person who has done excellent work for us for 2 1/2 years. After all that time, I still couldn’t recommend anyone else higher!
